The measure seeks to restrict the free movement of people in cities during the designated hours of the curfew, for an indefinite amount of time, which will be assessed on a daily basis by a competent authority, depending on how the situation evolves in the country. In order to travel within the country, people have the possibility of requesting a safe-passage document that is completely individual and non-transferable.
